- Full time: Annualised hours 960 based over 40 weeks per year. 10 weeks during year where there will be a requirement to work 42 hours per week; flexibly across 5 days according to exam needs. Remaining 30 weeks, weekly contracted hours will be 18 hours split at least 3 days per week.

What skills and experience we're looking for
The professional competencies expected of an Examinations Manager are:
- Have excellent organisational skills and be flexible in managing and executing workloads.
- Have excellent communication skills in person and in writing to respond to staff, parents/carers, students and external bodies (such as Examination Boards).
- Able to work in partnership with a range of staff members to deliver the service to the school and its students.
- Be able to work with minimal supervision, analyse and problem-solve.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and committed to providing the best possible service to the staff, students and parents/carers.
- Be able to conduct themselves in a confident, professional manner.
- To have familiarity around managing budgets.
The qualifications and previous experience required for an Examinations Manager are:
- Have a sound track record of successful administrative experience.
- Be confident the Microsoft Office package and databases.
