Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours, 40 weeks (term time plus 2 weeks)
Working pattern: Monday – Thursday – 8am to 4pm, Friday – 8am to 3.30pm
Salary: Pathway 2, £21,340 - £22,729, (FTE £24,404 - 25,992) per annum

Your role:
As an Exams Administrator at Queen Katharine Academy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our examination processes. You will coordinate with various departments to arrange exam invigilators, manage exam venues, and maintain the security and confidentiality of examination materials. Your responsibilities will include organising invigilator training, liaising with awarding bodies, and supporting the Data Team with testing. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in a fast-paced office environment. A commitment to high professional standards and the ability to work independently are essential.
