Exams and Data Administrator job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support teaching and learning at The Wellington Academy. This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.
Job Requirements
To be responsible for entering exam data and other key data. To assist the Data Manager and Exams Officer with all aspects of student data and support with exams throughout the year.
Main Duties
• To assist the Data and Exams Officer to discharge their duties and to act as back up in their absence
• To assist with the production of assessment reports
• To maintain the MIS and other data systems accurately
• To run and manage internal and external assessments as directed by the Data and Exams Officer including entries, the collation of papers, seating plans, registers, dispatch and results.
• To liaise with invigilators, the Admissions Officer, the SENDCO and staff involved with exams as appropriate
• To help the Data and Exams Officer analyse and interpret data
• Any other tasks required as directed by the Data and Exams Officer and the Senior Leadership Team.
