What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the exams office
  • Have knowledge of JCQ regulations
  • Have excellent IT and data analytical skills
  • Work with staff members to ensure the library provides appropriate resources to support Independent Learning and other research activities
  • Have the ability to manage workloads under pressure and be flexible to provide administrative support within the operations team as may be required from time to time
  • Be creative and have problem-solving skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Buy-in fully to the ethos and vision of the school
