What skills and experience we're looking for
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the exams office
- Have knowledge of JCQ regulations
- Have excellent IT and data analytical skills
- Work with staff members to ensure the library provides appropriate resources to support Independent Learning and other research activities
- Have the ability to manage workloads under pressure and be flexible to provide administrative support within the operations team as may be required from time to time
- Be creative and have problem-solving skills
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Buy-in fully to the ethos and vision of the school
