An example of the annual working schedule can be downloaded from our website, however it is essential that applicants are flexible on the days and hours worked as early morning starts and longer days will be required during the exam season. The precise days and times of your annual working hours are subject to arrangement with your line manager. In the event that the annual hours are exceeded (especially in the first year for training) overtime would then be paid for any additional hours worked.

You will work proactively with the Examinations Officer to maintain the effective operation of both internal and external exams to ensure the end to end processes are completed effectively in line with the policies of the school and those of the relevant awarding/external bodies. Full training will be provided. This role demands a high level of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to respond to fast paced deadlines. The successful candidate will also deputise for the Exams Officer in their absence.
