We have an opportunity to appoint a pool of flexible individuals to join our team of examination invigilators/scribes to support pupils during exam periods. We are looking for individuals with good communication, IT, administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and adhere to rules and regulations.

The Role

Under the supervision of the Examinations Officer and guidance of teaching staff to invigilate students during public examinations.

You will be able to work as part of a team to monitor exam rooms and ensure regulations are adhered to

Ensure that appropriate materials are set out correctly at the start of each exam and collect afterwards

Be punctual and have excellent attention to detail

Be flexible in your approach to work and can work during the main exam period (May-June)
