What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping exam systems? We're looking for an Exams Officer and Data Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Exams Officer and Data Assistant, you will have full responsibility for overseeing the entire examination and assessment process. This includes coordinating submissions, managing examination fees, and ensuring access arrangements are in place for young people. From timetables to invigilation and certification, your work will ensure that every exam runs smoothly and in line with regulations.

In addition to exam management, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and developing our Management Information System (MIS), ensuring that data for young people, staff, and Academy performance is accurately captured and efficiently processed. You’ll enhance the quality of our data by extracting, analysing, and presenting data to help the Academy make informed decisions that improve teaching, learning, and young people’s outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both operational responsibility and data processing. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, teachers, and external bodies, making a meaningful impact on the academic experience of our young people. If you’re ready to take on a varied role with room for professional growth, apply today to be our next Exams Officer and Data Assistant!
