Hours: 37 hours, 42 weeks (term time plus 4 weeks)
Working pattern: Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm
Salary: Pathway 6, points 24-28, £30,322.67 - £33,650.23 per annum, (FTE £33,024 - £36,648)

Your role:
As the Exams Officer at Queen Katharine Academy, you will be the cornerstone of our examination process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will manage the administration of external exams in line with JCQ regulations, oversee internal exams from Years 7 to 13, and coordinate university admission tests. Your role will involve liaising with various stakeholders, managing a team of invigilators, and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines. Your excellent communication skills, ability to prioritise and organise tasks, and proficiency with ICT will be crucial. Experience in a similar role or a fast-paced office environment is desirable, along with a commitment to continuous development and adherence to our core values.
