Exams Officer job summary
Reigate School is looking to appoint a motivated and highly organised Exams Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our exams process with the support and guidance of the Deputy Headteacher. You will lead a team of invigilators and be the point of contact for all exam boards and all staff that are involved in our exam process.

The successful candidate will have:

- excellent administration skills; and
- good written and oral communication skills that allow effective communication with all levels of school staff, children and stakeholders.

This is a term time position working 21 hours per week over 41 weeks per annum. The FTE annual salary is £23,466 to £25,890 and the pro rata annual salary is £12,380 to £13,658.
