Exams Officer job summary

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join our wonderful school as a Exams Officer.

Salary: The actual pay based on the below working pattern commencing £23,308 rising to £26,268 per annum

Recruitment and retention bonus: The successful applicant will be paid a recruitment payment of £1,500, payable in their first month’s salary. In addition a retention payment of £1,500 will also be paid 12 months after the appointment, subject to the person remaining in our employment

Pension: Local government pension scheme

Holidays: You will be paid for the prorate equivalent of 26 days, plus 8 public holidays, pro rated for maternity cover position. This increases to 31 days plus 8 public holidays after 5 years’ service.

Working weeks: The role will work 38 weeks during term time, and an additional 2 weeks to be agreed.

Hours of work: Hours will be 36.25 per week over 5 days term time plus 2 weeks.
