The role
Matrix Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an Executive Administrator. This role is based from Matrix Head Office however, you will be required to travel across all Trust School sites as required and therefore, you will need daily access to a vehicle.
The main responsibilities of the role will include coordinating administrative tasks, assisting with scheduling, managing communications and contributing to the effective operation of the School Improvement Team.
You will assist with Investigation processes working closely with Investigation Managers by preparing paperwork and minute taking. You will cover PA roles for Trust Headteachers where required e.g. absence. Additionally, you will work under the instruction of the PA to the CEO supporting with administration tasks as required.
About you
We are looking for someone who is an experienced Administrator or Personal Assistant. Required skills and experience include:
- Experience of working within a similar administration role for at least 2 years;
- Adequate level of literacy and numeracy (GCSE grade C or equivalent in English & Maths) and any other relevant qualifications;
- Ability to take accurate meeting minutes;
- Confidently able to pick up administration tasks quickly and efficiently.
