About this role:
As an Executive Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Deputy CEO and members of the executive team. This is a flexible hybrid role (Hillingdon location), supporting directors who work remotely and in person.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Excellence: Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up and manage meetings, prepare and distribute high-standard documentation, attend meetings online via Microsoft Teams and in person as needed and provide accurate minutes.
- Support and Collaboration: Building strong working relationships and working closely with a wide range of stakeholders; Directors, Heads of School, Office Managers, central services and external partners is a very important aspect of this role.

Qualifications and Skills:
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent) or relevant demonstrable experience (Essential).
- Significant experience in an administration (Essential).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (Essential).
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection (Desirable).
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams and other relevant software (Essential).
- Excellent organisation skills and a flexible approach to changing priorities.
