Executive and LTC Assistant

To commence ASAP

Permanent

Full-Time

Salary: Grade 6.5 £29,269 - £33,024 pro rata, £26,049 - £29,391 actual

37 hours per week, term time plus training days and 5 days (40 weeks per year)

Mon – Thurs 8.30am - 4.30pm and Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm with a half hour unpaid break

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly efficient and organised person to become the Executive and LTC Assistant for The 5 Dimensions Trust. You will provide an all-round professional administrative service to the CEO, supporting the Executive team and the Leadership Training Centre. You will promote a positive image of the Trust in dealing with stakeholders and the community. The role involves responsibilities spread across various locations within the trust.

The ideal candidate will: -

• Be a proficient IT user with the ability to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.

• Be highly organised and able to work independently and use own initiative.

• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels with confidence.

• Ability to manage multiple diaries, co-ordinate meetings, and be able to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Have previous experience of minute taking and servicing committees.

• Be able to draft and coordinate key communications on behalf of the Executive team, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
