What skills and experience we're looking for
Our opportunity
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team.
Responsible to the Executive Principal, you will:
- act as confidential personal assistant providing secretarial/clerical support to the Executive Principal and the wider Senior Leadership Team.
- receive filter and redirect enquiries for the Executive Principal as appropriate
- manage the Executive Principals diary, receive visitors and callers and arrange hospitality
- Minute meetings for the Senior Leadership Team
- have strong interpersonal skills to enable you to deal effectively with students, parents, staff and external agencies
- be enthusiastic about working as part of a team and be keen to contribute to the Sixth Forms vision.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent administrative, organisation and time management skills. The successful candidate will also have experience of IT systems, flexiblity, able to co-ordinate a variety of activities and must be committed to high standards of customer service. Experience in a similar role is desirable.
