Executive Assistant / PA Barnsley & Leeds (West & South Yorkshire) FTE Salary = £27,700 - £30,000 ACTUAL SALARY = £22,696.66 - £24,715.40 based on term time + 5 inset days
The purpose of this post as School Executive Assistant is to provide an administrative, professional and confidential personal assistant service for members of the Partnership’s Executive Principal. This may include:
- actively managing diary commitments
- assisting in managing workflows
- proactively managing communications
- undertaking research as instructed
Within the trust you will be supporting the partnership executive team across 2 schools in Barnsley and Leeds so it is essential you are a car driver with access to a vehicle. We are looking for someone who can commit to working Monday to Friday during term time. Ideally 37 hours a week however this could be negotiated for the right candidate and flexibility by way of location/ base so do consider this when applying.
