Eko Trust is seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This exciting and varied role will include:

  • Managing the CEO's schedule and travel

  • Creating reports, presentations, and documents

  • Managing the Central Eko administrative team

  • Overseeing the central hub office and ensuring resources are satisfactory

  • Coordinating recruitment for the Central Team and managing operational HR functions

  • Maintaining the Trust website and intranet, and ensuring branded documents are up to date

  • Liaising with directors, members, and stakeholders

About You

You are a results-oriented professional with at least senior-level office experience. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and project management are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, leadership, and expertise in administrative and HR processes.
