What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a
dynamic, ambitious and exceptional senior leader to be our Executive Deputy
Headteacher. This role includes part time teaching responsibilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop their leadership skills by working across three small village primary schools in the heart of the New Forest. The Forest Edge Learning Federation comprises Breamore CE Primary School, Hyde CE Primary School and Hale Primary School. Both Hale and Hyde primary schools were judged by OFSTED as ‘good’ in November 2023 and January 2024.
The successful candidate will be committed to raising whole-school achievement and a strong understanding of assessment. They will have a professional approach to staff development and a determination to succeed. They will play a crucial role in the strategic leadership and management of the Forest Edge Learning Federation, with specific leadership in Teaching and Learning.
