You will need:

- To be able to work collaboratively and closely with our well established SLT to achieve success.

- Actively listen and effectively communicate to a wide range of audiences.

Our Federation is made up of two schools which come together as a cohesive team with a shared vision, policies and curriculum whilst still maintaining their own unique characters. It is an exciting time for our Federation with a new build soon to be underway at William Stukeley, with plans to take the school to two form entry in the future. Furthermore there is the potential to increase the PAN at Deeping St Nicholas.
We pride ourselves, and are always complimented, on our children, their behaviour and attitudes, in school and outside in the wider communities and on trips and visits.
