What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a strong, ambitious, exceptional individual to provide inspirational leadership and management across a number of academies. Initially based at Enrich Academy (due to join Ethos Academy Trust in Spring 2023), the successful candidate will be an experienced school leader who is able to develop all staff, drive improvement at pace, create consistently high-quality provision and secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils.
We are looking for a highly talented leader who aligns fully with the vision and values of Ethos Academy Trust and who will be ambitious for all our academies and young people.
