At The Federation of Kymbrook and Thurleigh Primary Schools we are looking for a leader who:

Is an outstanding educator who is innovative and passionate about teaching and learning and able to instil and nurture this in all children and staff
Has the ability to build upon our existing rich curriculum with high expectations of children’s attainment, achievement and behaviour so they are well prepared for life beyond primary school
Has the experience of developing effective strategies to inspire, challenge and develop potential in others in our quest to achieve best outcomes
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong working relationships at all levels, maintain positive staff morale and ensure good work life balance for all stakeholders in our communities
Champions the highest standards of safeguarding and promotes positive health and wellbeing of pupils and staff
Recognises and relishes the unique challenges of leading and managing staff across two high achieving schools
