At The Federation of Kymbrook and Thurleigh Primary Schools we are looking for a leader who:
- Is an outstanding educator who is innovative and passionate about teaching and learning and able to instil and nurture this in all children and staff
- Has the ability to build upon our existing rich curriculum with high expectations of children’s attainment, achievement and behaviour so they are well prepared for life beyond primary school
- Has the experience of developing effective strategies to inspire, challenge and develop potential in others in our quest to achieve best outcomes
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong working relationships at all levels, maintain positive staff morale and ensure good work life balance for all stakeholders in our communities
- Champions the highest standards of safeguarding and promotes positive health and wellbeing of pupils and staff
- Recognises and relishes the unique challenges of leading and managing staff across two high achieving schools
