Executive Headteacher for Our Blessed Saints Federation job summary
Our Blessed Saints Federation is looking to appoint an Executive Head Teacher who is a committed practising Catholic with a distinct vision of Catholic education in the 21st Century and who can provide inspirational leadership to both our primary schools and exemplify our values. A strategic thinker is sought, who has the vision to take our Federation to the next stage of development, building on the firm foundations which are evident in each of our schools, with excellent interpersonal skills to lead, motivate and enthuse our children, staff teams and the wider parish communities. The Governing Board require someone who will drive standards, increase our achievements and strive to raise the aspirations of all our children. If you are an experienced Deputy Head or Headteacher, keen to progress your career and believe you have the skills needed, we would be delighted to meet you.

Our Blessed Saints Federation brings together two Catholic Primary Schools: Ss Peter & Paul in Newport, Shropshire and St Luke's in Trench, Telford, Shropshire. The schools are located within 7 miles of each other, the area being forecast to be a growth point in local economic strategies with new housing developments across the region, and an award winning Town Park. Each of our schools are unique and special and strive to play a vital role at the heart of our local communities. Our polite, well behaved, lively and enthusiastic children are very keen to learn. Skilled and talented staff teams work hard to provide first class learning for our children. Good working relationships exist with parents and the wider parish communities and continue to be developed with a supportive, engaged and knowledgeable Governing Body keen to work with the right candidate to progress our Federation.
