Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to appoint an outstanding senior leader for an Executive Headteacher role across two schools' within Hales Valley Trust.

As a successful leader, you will engage and inspire our children, parents and staff to continue making our schools a memorable and positive experience for everyone.

You will be a strong leader, team builder and communicator, you will be comfortable in developing and building networks, partnerships and collaborations with the whole school community. You will also have the skills and ability to manage your time effectively between the schools, to ensure that staff are supported, developed and integrated into the wider team.
