What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Executive headteacher to lead our popular, friendly and nurturing schools where children are encouraged to be independent, enquiring thinkers and learners who embody the schools’ values of believe, succeed, and achieve.

The schools are set on adjacent sites in the urban area of Portchester, South Hampshire close to the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton. We have diligent, dedicated staff and enthusiastic children who are keen to learn.

We are looking for a strong, empathetic headteacher to nurture and grow our federation, comprising of an infant and a junior school.

If you are looking for a role where you can bring an innovative and passionate approach, continuing to build upon the strengths and achievements of the outgoing headteacher, improving further on the school’s ‘good’ Ofsted rating.
