Executive Headteacher – Primaries job summary
We are looking to appoint an Executive Headteacher to oversee our two existing primary schools, Spooner Row Primary School and Kenninghall Primary School.
As Executive Headteacher you will be accountable for providing strategic leadership and hold overall responsibility for direction, standards achieved, quality and the financial health of both Spooner Row Primary School and Kenninghall Primary School.
The Executive Headteacher will be required to work closely with the CEO, CFO and COO and will be supported by the Head of School in each school.
The enhancement of £15,000 will be awarded in recognition of the development of the Primary aspect of the Multi-Academy Trust and for work across all academies within the Trust. This enhancement will be offered initially for two years for the additional responsibility of growing the Trust’s primary provision, with the ambition of securing this enhancement permanently as the Trust’s primary provision grows. Additionally, we will support the successful applicant’s study towards the NPQEL qualification to support their work and future ambition.
