Executive Headteacher job summary
The Saints Federation are looking for an inspiring, collaborative and innovative individual who will continue to grow and nurture our fantastic children and amazing staff and has a clear vision for the curriculum.
We are seeking someone who can lead by example: demonstrating integrity and creativity; has a passion for teaching and learning, as well as the wellbeing of children, staff and parents; is an active listener and reflective leader; makes decisions that always have impact and brings a sense of joy to staff, pupils and our community.
You will have dedicated support from our experienced and knowledgeable staff and governors and be part of a loving school family. Our staff are diligent, and dedicated and have worked hard to develop an ambitious knowledge-rich curriculum.
