Executive Headteacher job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Bishop Konstant Catholic Academy Trust with a new role of Executive Headteacher.
The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be to lead St Austin's School community, the largest primary school within the Trust. St Austin's serves two parishes, drawing pupils from a large geographical area and a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds.
Directly accountable to the Trust CEO, the postholder will have a key role in driving forward standards within all our Trust primary academies, forming part of the Trust's strategy to further develop and drive the achievement of high educational standards.
