  We provide strong leadership and support to schools through our core leadership and shared services teams, which includes an experienced and supportive CEO, a School Improvement and Inclusion & Safeguarding Improvement Teams, Finance, HR, Governance, Building and Property services. The successful candidate will benefit from this significant operational and management support along with a comprehensive CPD programme.

Executive Headteacher job summary

As Executive Headteacher of both Stilton Church of England Primary Academy and Holme Church of England Primary Academy in Peterborough, the successful candidate would have the opportunity not only to further strengthen the existing partnership between these two schools but contribute to our Trust’s ongoing development.

We are looking to appoint an ambitious leader for 1st September 2020, who will build on the existing strengths of the schools and the many improvements already made, and recognised by Ofsted, through monitoring. Working in collaboration with the Trust and a very supportive parental body and community, the Executive Headteacher will be key in leading the school’s journey to be a high-quality provider.
