What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of St Matthew’s CE Primary School & Nursery and St Barnabas’ CE Primary School & Nursery are seeking to employ an Executive Headteacher from September 2023 to lead our two schools into a federation in the future.Governors are open to approaches from Executive Headteachers and Headteachers who might wish to explore a wider partnership.
What the school offers its staff
Both schools are conveniently located within easy reach of Victoria station and other transport links and are about a mile apart. The Executive Headteacher will be the employee of St Matthew’s but will share their time providing effective strategic leadership across both schools.
This is an exciting opportunity to enhance an already successful partnership and governors are looking for an excellent practitioner with a record of providing sound leadership, forming strong links with the communities they serve and understanding and promoting the Christian Vision of each school.
You will be an engaging, skilled communicator and able to form effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to further develop the high standard of education offered by both schools.
