Executive PA & WLP Administrator job summary
Responsibilities of the role:
PA to Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the CEO.
- Ensure CEO is fully prepared for all meetings by preparing and collating relevant papers, as required.
- Access all correspondence including email, for priority and action, ensuring urgent and sensitive items are dealt with accordingly.
- Diary Management, organise and prioritise the future appointments of the CEO, arranging appointments and maintaining schedules effectively.
- Receive and greet visitors to the CEO, providing refreshments as required.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements as required
- Maintain an effective filing system, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and security of information.
- Liaison with Board of Trustees and Clerk to Trustees.
Communications:
- To act as communications lead across the Trust, supporting colleagues to deliver accurate and impactful communications.
- To collaborate with schools and the Central Trust team to source engaging content that helps promote our work and vision, to be used across different communication channels.
- Work with the Trust Central Team on the production of key communications to improve stakeholders understanding of the work and achievements of the Trust and its schools.
- Develop and implement successful communication systems to enhance communication between the Trust and its academies.
- Support in developing strategies to build employee engagement to enhance the reputation of the Trust both internally and externally.
- Support the development of the Trusts branding identity to establish tone, language and social media guidelines.
- Manage the co-ordination, production and distribution of key bulletins and Trust newsletters.
- Manage the Trusts Social Media Presence.
Administrator:
- Coordinate the schedules of the Central Team
- Provide administrative support for the Central Team, as required.
- Organising and planning internal and external reviews as directed buy the CEO.
- Assist with the coordination of all Trust events.
- To undertake projects or tasks as required by the Central Team.
- Work with the COO to ensure all Trust Policies are up to date and compliant.
Perform any other duties as required by the Trust Senior Leadership Team, commensurate with the role.
