Executive Principal job summary
Reporting to the Director of Primary Education with strong links to the Trust Executive and Breckland Education Committee of the Board of Trustees, the Executive Principal will provide strategic leadership and inspiration for both primary academies, motivating colleagues and ensuring that all available resources are utilised effectively for the education of all children and development of staff. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic planning and management of staff, finance, estates and other available resources across both academies to secure strong outcomes and provide an ambitious curriculum for all.
The successful candidate will have a track record that demonstrates an ability to motivate and innovate as well as developing staff to secure highly effective teaching and learning. The new Executive Principal will also be expected to support wider Trust development as a School Improvement Partner role with other academies in the Breckland Hub. Experience in this role would be an advantage but not essential.
