This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a successful, supportive, and geographically close multi-academy trust where you can lead the academies development but with the support and backing of an accessible Trust Central Team as well as being a part of our Trust Leadership Team (TLT) which includes all of our primary and secondary Principals.

We are looking for a talented individual who wants to be a part of transforming education while helping to create an exceptional place for learning. To be successful, you will have:

• Vision, commitment, and high expectations, leading by example;

• Extensive experience in education and in providing strong, approachable, and supportive leadership;

• Drive and passion to support our Trust values and play an active part in developing our Trust;

• Exceptionally high expectations for all to have the very best curriculum and enrichment opportunities for pupils to give them every opportunity to succeed and flourish.

You will be an established primary leader, with the skill and vision to realise the huge potential of all-through primary education. You take overall responsibility for the performance of each academy. To do this well you will need to learn quickly, develop strong structures and provide clear strategic direction to the talented staff team.
