Executive Vice Principal for Teaching and Learning job summary

Dear Candidate,

Thank you for your interest in the role of Executive Vice Principal for Teaching and Learning at LaceyField.

This is an incredibly exciting time to join our Executive Leadership Team. At LaceyField, we pride ourselves on being more than just a place of learning; we are a community that nurtures growth and offers a true sense of belonging for our children, families, and staff.

We are delighted to share that we are expanding our provision from Autumn 2026 with the launch of ‘The Nest at LaceyField’, our new two-year-old provision. From our youngest arrivals in The Nest to our oldest pupils preparing for secondary school, our mission remains the same: to ensure every child feels that LaceyField is a place where they are safe, loved, and ready to learn.

As Executive Vice Principal for Teaching and Learning, you will utilise your drive, ambition, and expertise to champion and further enhance our curriculum that enables all pupils to become the best version of themselves. We are looking for a leader who will embed a culture of educational excellence, ensuring that our high standards result in the best possible outcomes for every child in our care.

If this sounds like the right next step for your career, we would love to hear from you. Academy tours are warmly welcomed and encouraged; these can be arranged by contacting our school office.
