Your Opportunity
The Learning and Teaching Lead will work in partnership with the senior leaders to provide professional guidance and support in teaching across the curriculum. They will have classroom responsibilities as well as leadership time to ensure their strategies can be embedded across the school.
As an outstanding teacher, they will model and help to coordinate professional development as well as liaise with external agencies to promote successful teaching and learning strategies for all teachers and associate staff. They will also lead by example in the classroom, providing support where needed with guidance from the Executive Headteacher.
This is an exciting role that focuses on the practical application of research and best practice in the classroom. We are looking for a talented individual who can contribute to establishing outstanding teaching and learning across the school. We would welcome applications from aspiring or accredited Lead Practitioners.
This appointment is not suitable for an ECT.

Cuddington Croft is a two-form entry primary school, located at Cheam, Surrey, with just under 500 children aged 3 - 11.
