Experienced Learning Support Assistant (Ages 3-11) job summary
The
successful candidate will:
- ● To support the pupils across all age groups including EYFS
- ● Deliver SEN interventions as required
- ● Will involve cover for short periods, working with small groups, 1:1 SEN and intimate care
- ● Seek to make learning exciting and a positive experience for all pupils
- ● Connect with vulnerable children and those with additional needs
- ● Be able to build strong positive relationships with pupils to help them progress both socially and academically.
- ● Be able to work on their own initiative, as well as contributing to a team
- ● Be willing to contribute to school life outside of the classroom including lunch duty cover
- ● Be fully supportive of the strong Christian ethos of the school and its values
