Extended Day Breakfast Club Supervisor job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive childcare professional to supervise our Breakfast Club which forms part of our Extended Day childcare provision.

Holding an appropriate childcare qualification, you will have experience caring for children of a wide age range and providing safe creative play activities. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate experience of supervising other staff.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

Preparing rooms and resources in advance and assigning assistants to their daily duties.

Maintaining accurate records of attendance, late collections and associated service documentation.

Assisting the office manager with stock control of equipment to ensure supplies are maintained to meet the needs of staff and children.

Supervising, motivating and co-ordinating a team of staff to achieve an effective, efficient and consistent service.

The postholder may be required to deputise for the Afternoon Supervisor in their absence.
