Watchfield Primary School is a growing and successful school with happy, well-motivated and hardworking children and staff. We are proud to be part of Faringdon Learning Trust, an eight school multi-academy trust, which was established on 1st April 2012.

From September 2023, we are excited to be opening up extended provision in the form of an after school club at our School. We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic Extended Provision Assistant to assist with the planning, day-to-day organisation and operation.

We are looking for somebody to assist with the provision of high quality play opportunities and care for children in a safe and inclusive environment. As part of the whole school team, the successful applicant will engage in suitable activities, recognising and adapting to individual children’s needs, supporting the Extended Provision Supervisor to ensure the provision operates within the schools framework. As role models, we expect our staff to have high expectations of all children and a positive approach to learning.
