This is a super opportunity for someone who has good behaviour management skills and experience of providing after-school provision, to assist in providing outstanding, creative and stimulating after-school care through safe, high quality play and learning opportunities.
Up and running since September 2013, Rutherford House is growing and we need your skills, experience and dedication to make that happen.
For you, our school offers a superb work environment, great pupils and supportive parents. More than this there’s great leadership and excellent peer support from an outstanding team. And, if that doesn’t excite you, we’ll support you to achieve further professional qualifications and as part of Bellevue Place Trust, there will be every opportunity to develop your career.
That’s why you will need good numeracy/literacy skills, an understanding child development and the learning process, the ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities, plus the ability to relate well to children and adults. This role can be added to other support staff roles.
