Extended Services Assistant job summary

West Hill are looking for a hardworking, flexible member of staff to join their Extended Services Team for Breakfast and Afterschool Club provision, as an Extended Services Assistant.


The post will be 15 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7am – 8.30am and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 3pm - 6pm. You will be paid on Kent Scheme A, £26,168 (September 2026 pay) full time equivalent, actual pro rata salary based on 15 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks) will be £9,050.84.

  • ensure that children, whilst in the extended services provision, have access to appropriate activities to support their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development?
