You should be:
•Have a proven record of excellent classroom practice
•Have an in depth understanding of the EYFS and phonics
•Have high expectations of children's achievement and behaviour
•Have experience in effective deployment of support staff
•Have excellent organisational skills
•Be skilled at helping children develop as independent learners
•Be able to motivate, inspire and challenge pupils to achieve their very best
•Be part of a child centred approach that is inclusive of everyonepossibility of working in other classes thereafter.
•Be dedicated to school improvementcurriculum.
•Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school and its community including being committed to supporting the ethos of a Catholic school
