Transform Trust – EYFS Associate Head Teacher
Salary: Broad Salary Range Point 7 - 12 (2022/23 rate £51,470 - £58,105 FTE)
Start date: Ideally after October half term or January 2023
Permanent; role can be full time or part-time. Applications are encouraged for either.
Transform Trust is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an EYFS Associate to join our team of existing school improvement Associates. This opportunity requires someone who has the vision, leadership capability and passionate belief in embracing, developing and embedding exceptional provision for EYFS across all Trust schools. You will need to relish a challenge, have the capability to collaborate with existing head teachers to instill confidence, embed vision and deliver research informed improvements specifically around Early Years provision.
The role offers a significant opportunity for success and professional development. Drawing upon your experience of the Early Years, you will undertake reviews of provision, moderate standards, develop strategy on whole Trust practices, help lift teaching standards and inspire confidence in others to develop excellent practice.
