What skills and experience we're looking for

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an Early Years class teacher to join a very friendly and committed staff team. Monkston teachers are incredibly well-motivated and focussed on the ‘big picture’ of the impact they want to make on each child’s life. They are also brilliant at supporting and encouraging each other to perform at the highest levels. This role is suitable for an ECT.

What we’re looking for:

• A highly effective Early Years teacher who understands how to build motivating relationships with children, helping them to make rapid progress
• A commitment to ensuring the highest standards of behaviour and achievement
• Close partnership with schools in the Kingsbridge Educational Trust.
