What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has high expectations of pupils, themselves and others

  • Has a good understanding and working knowledge of approaches to teaching pupils in EYFS including Phonics.  

  • Can demonstrate that children have made very good progress as a result of their teaching. 

  • Is an excellent and dedicated team player with strong interpersonal skills  

  • Has ambition and is dedicated to supporting all children to thrive in learning.

  • Loves teaching and has a positive outlook about the profession
