Hours: Part Time (16.25 hours / 2.5 days per week), Permanent
Location: Twydall Primary School, Twydall Lane, Gillingham, Kent, ME8 6JS

Twydall Primary School is a vibrant and inclusive primary school dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our pupils. We are seeking a passionate and qualified teacher who will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to EYFS pupils at our school. You will foster a positive classroom environment and collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of the children
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Promote a love of learning
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A degree qualification
- Strong classroom management skills
- Outstanding classroom practice and a commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for children
- A commitment to inclusive education and equality of opportunity
- Able to use own initiative, creativity and innovative ideas to motivate and inspire children
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues, parents/carers and children
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Dedication to educating and empowering students
- A firm commitment to continuous professional development
