- An exciting opportunity has arisen. We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic EYFS teacher starting in September 2022. We would warmly welcome applications from both ECTs and experienced MPS teachers. Applicants should be passionate about teaching and learning in Early Years, making it challenging and fun; have high expectations of themselves and pupils; have excellent organisational skills and be a team player. The successful candidate will need to: demonstrate excellent classroom practice, including thorough and effective summative and formative assessment for learning organise classroom and learning resources in order to create a rich and stimulating learning environment in order to promote independence and engagement provide learning experiences that will meet and enrich the requirements of the planned curriculum and inspire the children use a range of strategies for teaching and learning that support all learners be responsible for the effective management of children and staff, encouraging the children to develop their self-confidence, independence and excellent learning behaviour assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of pupils in line with Statutory Requirements maintain confidentiality at all times.
