We are currently looking for a EYFS Class Teacher to provide cover for maternity leave. Our classes are capped at 20 pupils per teacher for the core subjects of English and Maths in the mornings and move to a house group model for afternoon sessions of 30 pupils per teacher. This allows the spare teacher to cover PPA, interventions and leadership time.
As an experienced teacher, you will be able to demonstrate a record of excellent practice in the classroom, commitment to CPD and coaching others and innovative curriculum ideas.

For the right candidate this role could be made permanent for Academic Year 21/22 due to the school increasing by a further 60 students that year.

Rugby Free Primary School is a new 4-11 school which opened in September 2015 with three Reception classes in a newly refurbished state of the art building in Central Park. We welcome children of all abilities and from all backgrounds. We are non-selective, non-denominational and are free for all to attend. We provide a high quality local school with an exciting curriculum and extended enrichment opportunities for our children.
Each year our school will increase by one year group thus providing additional opportunities for promotion of staff, movement within year groups etc.
