§ An excellent EYFS classroom practitioner;

§ Good classroom behaviour management and assessment skills;

§ The ability to engage and enthuse pupils having a creative way to approaching lessons within a primary setting;

§ Excellent planning and preparation that meets the needs of all pupils;

§ Good communication skills and works well as a team.

§ Knowledge of birth-5 matters guidance

§ Knowledge of RWI and its implementation in EYFS
