EYFS Class Teacher job summary

The Role

Astrea Academy Trust has an exciting opportunity for a class teacher to join our team at Waverley Academy! You will be joining a fantastic team, who are truly committed to ensuring that each child is developed to their full potential in all aspects of education.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for planning programmes of work for pupils, matching plans to the individual needs of children. You will be accountable for the attainment, progress and outcome of pupils you teach.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent Early Years practice in all areas and have an ability to act as a role model, setting professional standards in all aspects of the role. We are looking for a Teacher who will work collaboratively with colleagues and senior leadership team. Most importantly, we are looking to appoint a high quality, enthusiastic teacher who is keen to develop and go the extra mile for our children.
