To be an outstanding practitioner demonstrating knowledge of the EYFS framework and KS1 curriculum.
Ability to engage, motivate and inspire pupils.
Improving the quality of children's learning
Inspiring trust and having confidence in pupils and colleagues.
Using the appraisal process to advance pupil progress and enhance professional practice in line with the academy's aspirations and priorities.
Maintaining high levels of behaviour and discipline across all areas of the academy.
