This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic/capable leader to join us. We are looking to appoint a creative, motivated individual who holds the belief that every child has the potential to succeed.

What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner and potential mentor
- Is an excellent leader and has experience of leadership at middle leadership level
- Holds the highest expectations for all children regardless of their backgrounds
- Is passionate and knowledgeable about teaching and learning
- Has a good understanding of the effective teaching of phonics and early reading
- Who has a good understanding of effective learning within the early years setting
- Has a commitment to collaborative professional development
- Will work effectively as part of a class, year group and phase group team (TLR will be available for the new academic year for the right candidate)
