What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner and potential mentor
  • Is an excellent leader and has experience of leadership at middle leadership level
  • Holds the highest expectations for all children regardless of their backgrounds
  • Is passionate and knowledgeable about teaching and learning
  • Has a good understanding of the effective teaching of phonics and early reading
  • Who has a good understanding of effective learning within the early years setting
  • Has a commitment to collaborative professional development
  • Will work effectively as part of a class, year group and phase group team (TLR will be available for the new academic year for the right candidate)
