What skills and experience we're looking for
Bracken Leas Primary School is seeking an excellent, energised Teaching Assistant (full-time and part-time considered) to join our team to support individual pupils with high needs as well as assist generally with pupils’ learning in class. The post-holders will be reflective and forward thinking, a successful practitioner with a passion for learning (for both the pupils and themselves). We have high expectations and constantly seek to improve our offer for the children and communities we serve. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with children; a highly motivated team player; have the ability to inspire pupils; have a strong work ethic and be committed to high standards of the school and the Trust.
